On 1 July 2025 Vietnam reduced its 63 provinces and cities to 34, with the new names set by National Assembly Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 (Vietnam Briefing, “Vietnam Officially Consolidates from 63 to 34 Provinces and Cities”).
The same reform abolished the district level, leaving a two-level local government of provinces and communes, with the new provincial governments operating from 1 July 2025 (same source).

For a buyer, the practical effect is the address. Give the ward and the current province or city name when you order, and ask for the delivery time to that address in writing rather than for the city as a whole.

Two things follow from the table. First, the same-day city is now a very different shape. The 1 to 2 hour window Peptara Labs describes is most plainly true near its operations office and least certain at the far edges, like the Vung Tau coast; Peptara Labs doesn't say either way.
Second, the three central and northern cities all sit on the same 1 to 3 day line, even though Hanoi, Da Nang and Nha Trang are very different distances from the Ho Chi Minh City dispatch point.

It comes to you. Peptara Labs says an order confirmation arrives as soon as payment clears, carrying your order number, and that a tracking number follows on WhatsApp once the order ships, with delivery updates on the same thread.
The ward or commune, plus the current province or city name. The district level of local government ended across Vietnam on 1 July 2025, so a seller quoting delivery times by district is working from a map that no longer exists.
Four, by Peptara Labs' own account: a Vietnam bank QR transfer covering VietQR, MoMo and Napas 247; card, with Visa, Mastercard or Amex; cryptocurrency as USDT, USDC or BTC; and Wise as a transfer in USD. The QR route appears only when the delivery address is in Vietnam.
Its Vietnam page answers “Yes, anywhere in Vietnam, free”, putting Ho Chi Minh City on the same-day courier and Hanoi, Da Nang and every other province on the 1 to 3 day nationwide line. No part of the country is carved out of that answer.
It's worded as an expectation: "typically within 1 to 2 hours", on orders placed by 7pm. We haven't timed a delivery. What it does put in absolute terms is that an order which doesn't arrive is refunded in full.
